Credentials: All teams must be registered with USA Hockey or Hockey Canada

Entry Fee: $1,250 USD

Level of Play: Tier I Midget Major “AAA”

Number of Team: 20

Hotel Rooms: All teams must stay in either the Westin Stonebriar Resort or Marriott at Legacy Center (NO EXCEPTIONS).  EHK Sports has a pre negotiated rate of $80 a night.  All accepted teams will be given a contact for booking rooms.  EHK Sports will inform each team of their host hotel!!!

Uniforms: All teams must be properly uniformed.  The home team will wear light/white jerseys and the visiting team will wear dark/colored jerseys in all games.

Number of games per Team: 4 game guarantee.  The format will consist of 4 four-team divisions playing a complete round robin schedule.  Each team will play each team in its division.  The top two teams from each division will advance to the Quarter-Finals on Saturday morning, the Semi-Finals will take place Saturday night with the Championship and Consolation games being played Sunday afternoon. 

Length of Games: All games will consist of three seventeen-min stop-time periods.  The ice will be resurfaced every two periods. 

Format: Each team will receive two points for a win, one point for a tie, and zero points for a loss.  There will only be overtimes in the Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Championship games.  The order in which a point tie is broken will be determined at a later date but you will be notified at least a month prior to the tournament.

Rules: USA Hockey Youth Rules apply.

Admission: $10 for a day pass, $25 for a tournament pass.

Awards: The first place team will receive a team trophy.  The Championship team and runner-up will receive a banner as well.

Scouts: There will be a hospitality room for scouts and tournament information will be mailed to all NCAA schools, junior programs in the U.S. & Canadian Major Junior teams prior to the tournament.
