Dear Midget Major Coach:

As the owner of EHK Sports I would like to invite you and your team to participate in the 5th annual U.S. Hockey News Challenge Cup.  This year’s tournament will return to the Dr. Pepper StarCenter in Frisco, TX (outside of Dallas)  Last year’s tournament was a huge success with the very best teams.  The tournament was the most scouted in the U.S. (9 NHL, 22 Major Junior, 29 Div I schools, & 40 Jr. A programs). 

EHK Sports has continued its agreement with the Dallas Stars, who will help promote and sponsor the tournament.  The event will be taking place at the Stars training facility.  This state of the art venue is one of the best ice arenas in the United States.  The partnership of the Dallas Stars, Dr. Peppers StarCenters and EHK Sports has solidify the USHN Challenge Cup as the best Midget AAA Tournament in North America.

This year we will host a core of 16-20 great teams from both the U.S., Canada & Europe.  You will find that everything you need has been provided on this website.  Consider the invitation and then contact EHK Sports ASAP to be considered for a spot.  Send in half registration fee as a deposit by July 15, 2005 to be considered.  You will be notified by September 1, 2005 (or earlier) if you have been accepted.  If you have not been accepted you will be refunded your deposit immediately.  If you have any further questions feel free to call me anytime 847-549-0833.
