#1 Fill out the Application and send back with deposit (1/2 Registration Fee, $750)
#2 You will be notified of your acceptance or non-acceptance by Sept 1, 2007 (or earlier)
#3 If you are accepted you need to immediately send in the second half of the Registration Fee
#4 Make sure EHK Sports has all the correct rosters and player addresses for the Scout Book
