"We almost missed the boat with Lee. He was a late add for our Prospects team, but I am very glad we got him." said EHK Sports CEO Eric H. Krupka, "Lee had been playing midgets and was getting ready for juniors so we thought he would play well. Not only did he exceed our expectations but he was one of the most talked about defenseman at the tournament. Lee stepped right in, eyes wide, and showed he could be a big-time player. When I heard he signed with Colorado College I was very happy for him, I know he will do well." |
This season Lee plays for the Chicago Steel of the United States Hockey League where he plays in front of his fellow Prospects teammate Adam D'Alba. Lee has really come into his own this season, as every game he gets better. At 5'10" 180lbs, Lee will step into the collegiate game as a true freshman, with an '85 birthdate. 2004 will be his NHL Entry Draft year and hopefully we will hear his name called. EHK Sports is proud to have Lee as part of our family and wish him the best of luck as he finishes his junior career and heads to Div I.
