Six EHK Sports Alums Make NHL Central Scouting List

EHK Sports Alums on Preliminary List

CHICAGO - EHK Sports Enterprises is proud to announce that John Dingle, Derek Patrosso, Matt McIlvane, Nick Tuzzolino, Adam D'Alba and Brett Beauchamp were all listed as rated players for the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.  Every November the NHL lists its preliminary rankings of players eligible for the Entry Draft, which is then broken down into specific leagues.  All six players played for EHK Sports at the Prospects Tournament in Toronto.

John Dingle - Tri-City (USHL) - a 6-1 205 pound winger who can crush an opponent at any time.  Dingle uses his size to out muscle and wear down opponents.  He also can score, as he stand his ground in front of the net just waiting for a rebound.  Dingle is committed to play for Ohio State (CCHA) starting 2004-05.

Derek Patrosso - Danville (USHL) - a 6-1 185 pound center who has exceptional hands and speed.  Patrosso can score at will with his sniper like accuracy.  Patrosso is  committed to play for Colorado College (WCHA) starting 2004-05.

Matt McIlvane - Chicago (USHL) - a 6-0 205 pound winger who is built like a tank and made for the pro game.  McIlvane can do everything on the ice.  He has good feet and great physical ability.  Place him in front of the goal and you will get some tallies.  McIlvane is committed to play for Ohio State (CCHA) starting 2004-05.

Adam D'Alba - Chicago (USHL) - a 6-1 170 pound goalie who can stone any team any time.  D'Alba has been one of the best tenders in America for years now and should be picked up in the NHL Draft.  D'Alba has great lateral movement and sees the puck very well.  D'Alba is committed to play for Brown (ECAC) starting 2004-05.

Nick Tuzzolino - Lincoln (USHL) - a 6-5 230 pound defenseman who can hold the blueline like no other.  Tuzzolino is as imposing as they come, which is good because he can hit like a freight train.  Tuzzolino is a stay at home D-man who can make a tape to tape pass look easy.  Tuzzolino isn't committed to any college yet, but rest assured he will.

Brett Beauchamp - Danville (USHL) - a 6-0 220 pound defenseman who can score as easily as hold the blueline.  Beauchamp is an offensive player who happens to play defense.  He is as comfortable rushing the puck up ice as he is staying back and setting up the power play.  Beauchamp has been catching the eye of NHL scouts for years as he has exceptional size for his age, a mean streak and skates well, all these things put together make a great player.  Beauchamp isn't committed to any college yet, but rest assured he will.

All six of these players are eligible for the 2004 NHL Entry Draft in Raleigh, NC.  EHK Sports wishes all of them the best luck the rest of this season as they continue to impress the scouts.  We will also be in attendance at the 2004 NHL Draft to support them as we are sure all will be drafted into the National Hockey League.

Note:  EHK Sports promotes the best players in North America to the tops of their games.  EHK Sports spares no expense in the pursuit of promoting our players and the game of hockey.
