2006 EHK Sports Pre-Draft Showcase Review: Defensemen

CHICAGO, IL - EHK Sports is very proud and excited to announce that it has agreed to run a twenty team Midget Major tournament called the "USHN RedHawk Winter Fury" at the all new Ice Hockey Facility on the campus of Miami of Ohio University in Oxford, OH.  The event will take place Dec 27-30, 2006 and in its first year will be the premiere Holiday tournament.  Many top teams have already committed to coming to the event and will be named at a later date.   Full Article

CHICAGO, IL - EHK Sports is very proud and excited to announce that it has agreed to a three-year deal with the Dallas Stars of the NHL and Dr. Pepper StarCenters.  The deal will ensure the USHN Challenge Cup will be played is Dallas, TX through 2008.  The Challenge Cup has been held in Dallas at the Frisco Dr. Pepper StarCenter for two years with the Plano rinks being added last year.  EHK Sports will use both the Frisco and Plano rinks, which together have four sheets of ice, next year as we expand to host more teams.   Full Article

CHICAGO, IL - EHK Sports is very proud and excited to announce a new program to be introduced the summer of 2006.  The Prodigy Program is a joint venture that has been over a year in the works combining the forces of EHK Sports and Severyn Sports Inc., a leader in the Sports Programming industry.  The Prodigy program will focus on bringing together forty-four elite players born from 1986-1990.  The four and a half day program will be comprised of two daily ice sessions along with three daily off ice sessions.   Full Article
